Eligibility for Return & Replacementt
A product is eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- The item was physically damaged or broken during delivery.
- The damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof.
- To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the original packaging intact. Items without original packaging may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Steps to Request a Return or Replacement
- Inspect Immediately – Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product carefully.

- Provide Proof of Damage – Share clear images or a video showing the damage and packaging to help us process your request efficiently.
Return & Replacement Process
- Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
- For damaged or defective products, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Customers do not need to return the item unless specifically instructed.
- A replacement will be sent at no additional cost within 5 to 7 business days.
- If a replacement is not possible, you will receive store credit or a refund, based on your preference.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- While we strive to fulfill all return and replacement requests promptly, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- The item is not as expected due to variations in handcrafted products.
- The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
